recipients from multiple warehouse locations cutting down
our processing time. From baby gift baskets to diaper

GoToBaby we try to make your
shopping experience as easy and fun as possible. Contact

Credit
cards: We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card
and Diners Club. You can safely enter your credit card
number via our secure server. We encrypt all submitted
information. The CVV2 safety information on your credit
card will be asked for your protection. There is an icon
to show you where this can be found during checkout. Because
the majority of our products are unique and require special
attention from our purchasing department the credit card
that you specify for your purchase will be charged when
the order is taken and approved. If you have any questions

GIFT WRAP
GoToBaby wants your gifts
to look perfect. For that special touch we will gladly
hand wrap all your gifts for the charge of $3.50 per gift.
If a specific gift is unable to be gift wrapped there
will be no option upon checkout for this service.
SHIPPING
At
GoToBaby,
we do our best to ship your gifts
as quickly as possible. Please note
our shipping days are Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.
If there are multiple items purchased:
all iems will ship at the same time
unless we are notified of a particular
customer request.
Confirming
your order and tracking shipments:
If you
have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will
receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second
confirms your shipment.
For
your convenience, you have a choice of Ground or Express
shipping (Express available by contacting us via phone
or email
after you place your online order). We ship out the majority
of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days,
many times the same day. Because of this, Express is not
usually necessary which is why we often don't offer it
during online checkout. This passes on the savings to
you. Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the
order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to
certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements.
(If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be
noted for your attention.)
Standard
shipments leave via DHL, UPS and FedEx
Ground and will arrive within 1-5
business days of shipment. We do ship
to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii for a
$10 surcharge, $20 on oversize shipments.
We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes
and to certain APO addresses. For
special situations please email
customerservice@gotobaby.com.
We try to keep our shipping charges
very reasonable for your benefit.
The shipping charges are:
The
major carriers do not have regular
Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders being shipped to Alaska and
Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges
based on their specific rates. This
charge will be applied at the time
of shipment. Incorrect
or not complete ship to addresses
will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx
fee for correction and re-pick-up,
reship if necessary, usually $10.
For
your convenience, when your order is shipped you will
receive a tracking number that you can use to track your
order online. DHL/UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order
while en route.
RETURNS
New
merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense
within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund
of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.
(we do not refund the origional ship charge on items that
were origionally shipped free of charge as an incentive.
They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship
charge was) Returns are accepted under the following conditions.

product is undamaged and 100% within its original
packaging and tags.

It has
not been personalized in any way by GoToBaby or others.

original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.

Return Authorization has been provided from GoToBaby.
