Chu-Fottrell Company LLC - Rip Off Repot – Scam

Chu-Fottrell, after months of money and time spent, has proven to be dishonest and a non-reputable company to work with. This is unfortunate. They have an excuse for everything, take no responsibility for their actions, and they do not follow up on promises.  They even go so far as to use their faith as a reason to not pay pills and refund money when they are unable to deliver the products in full or on time.  After claiming to have huge accounts and to working with great resources and partners even a few thousand dollars is miraculously lost and unable to be recovered at a time. Month after month excuses are made as to reasons they are avoiding clients and put blame on the clients themselves as a means to justify theft.

While most companies work hard to build lasting relationships and are worthy, Chu-Fottrell Company LLC., based in 1266 49th Place South, Suite C in Alabama with principal contacts Nancy and Brian Fottrell and phone number 1 205-254-8701 is not. They claim to be able to source overseas products of various types and to be trustworthy with your deposits and payments. Be warned.

From the experiences of Gotobaby it can be seen that when the payments were made for specific sourced products, those products were never delivered in full or on time and the prepaid money never returned.  Specifically, payments for product in full, were at times demanded after the deposit was given and never refunded when the products were not supplied as agreed upon.  This is the definition of fraud. When questioned about the lack of refunded money, Chu-Fottrell declared that their faith had told them not to refund the money, made delusional claims blaming others and refused to return calls and email communications.

 When the overseas suppliers were contacted for response they said they did not trust or believe in Chu-Fottrell after not receiving payment and finds them a disgrace as a representative.

It is our recommendation to find an alternate supplier. Do not be fooled. Choose another supplier as there are many good ones out there. Do not take the risk.

And I quote Chu Fotrell's last email to us received on 5/10/2010 when we asked if our over-payment was sent back to us as promised mutlple times.

"  I don't know what you wrote to me because I have put your e-mail address in the block folder.  Because I had told God if you send me one more e-mail, I will punish you.  God agreed.  Human law is made according to God's Law.  Even the President has to swear to Bible for his inauguration.  America is structured according to Bible.  George Washing is a very Christian.  You didn't even send me order, there is no evidence there is deal between you and me.  I don't have to pay you money back if I don't want.  But because I am a Christian, I try to be responsible for God.  I wanted to pay you back what I thought was reasonable.  But you are so lousy.  I don't have to respect you.

 I won't send you any money.  You don't have to wait for it."
