We never put out name or stickers on any boxes or labels going out to your customers.
Q: Is there a drop ship fee for your program?

No there is no fee for our program. We just ask that you put our items up and do your best in making them visible on your site so people can find them and purchase them accordingly.
Q: How long does it take orders ship out?

Typically, Non Personalized items such as the gifts baskets: 1 Business day
Embroidered Gifts: 2-3 Business days
Painted gifts: about 1 week
Puzzle Gifts: about 3 weeks
Q: How am I notified of new items, out of stock or discontinued items or other changes?

Any time there are changes you will be notified at the email address you use to log in.
Q: Why are there items on your regular site I do not see on this wholesale site? Can I sell the others?

Certain items we do not have the license to resell and certain items are not cost effective to resell. Only what you see on the wholesale site is available for Drop Ship. Rest assured the best sellers and best money makers are the items we offer on our wholesale site.
Q: How will I be notified that my order has shipped?
A:
You will get an email at the email address you provided with the tracking number. Than you will contact your customer letting them know the order has shipped. We have no contact with your customer.
