Q: Is there a drop ship fee for your program?
A: No there is no fee for our program. We just ask that you put our items up and do your best in making them visible on your site so people can find them and purchase them accordingly.

Q: How long does it take orders ship out and what is the cost?

Q: Why are there items on your regular site I do not see on this wholesale site? Can I sell the others?
A: Certain items we do not have the license to resell and certain items are not cost effective to resell. Only what you see on the wholesale site is available for Drop Ship. Rest assured the best sellers and best money makers are the items we offer on our wholesale site.

Q: How will I be notified that my order has shipped?
A: You will get an email at the email address you provided with the tracking number. Then you will contact your customer letting them know the order has shipped. We have no contact with your customer.

Q: Do you offer search engine marketing services to help get my site ranked?
A: Yes we do, but you'll need to email seo@gotobaby.com for details.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: 30 Days on non personalized gifts. If there is an error from Gotobaby on a personalized gift we will redo that item for the recipient. Contact Gotobaby if a customer needs to make a return so we can set it up in our system.
